2016 SBCNY Summer Undergraduate Research Program in Computational Systems Biology
The Systems Biology Center of New York funds a summer research program for CUNY students.  Students accepted into this program will receive a $4,000 stipend and will engage in an independent research project with a faculty mentor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.This opportunity is directed towards students in the biological, mathematical and physical sciences and also engineering.

The CUNY Summer Undergraduate Research Program
The City University of New York’s 2017 Summer Undergraduate Research Program (C-SURP) invites applications from talented undergraduates interested in research careers in the sciences.

The ten-week program runs from June 5 – August 10, 2017. All undergraduates completing their sophomore or junior year may apply. CUNY Community College students with at least 30 credits at the time of application are also encouraged to apply. It is also open to students that are enrolled in universities in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. The program is open to students interested in key research areas in the environmental science, nanoscience, neuroscience, photonics, and structural biology. In accordance with their expressed scientific interests, successful applicants will be matched with a faculty mentor at one of CUNY’s eleven senior colleges Deadline for all applicants to turn in their application is January 31, 2017. HMNS – Honors in Mathematics and Natural Sciences
The objectives of Science Honors are to enhance the undergraduate education of students who are interested in a career in the mathematical and natural sciences by helping them choose a major, obtain early access to research opportunities, pursue a research project to a successful conclusion, and become participating members of the community of scholars at Queens College.

MARC – Maximizing Access to Research Careers
The MARC program is designed to provide junior and senior students extensive research experience with appropriate guidance to gain entrance to graduate biomedical research programs and to succeed in their graduate studies
